We pre-screen all lawyers before they can join Kikero and make sure they are authorized to practice law in British Columbia with no disciplinary records or restrictions. Kikero then interviews and reviews them to ensure they are knowledgeable, competent, and qualified to serve users properly.

No. Kikero does not refer lawyers for legal services or legal advice. Kikero is a legal information platform allowing users to only obtain legal information from lawyers.

Legal information is the reiteration of legal facts and processes. It is purely objective. An example would be information on how to file a notice of civil claim. Legal advice, on the other hand, is advice that involves interpretation and is subjective. An example would be telling you why you should negotiate a settlement instead of filing a lawsuit.
